Hey guys, my friends have recently invited me to a Hollywood themed party. Since the theme is Hollywood, film costumes are allowed or just regular smart clothing.

Does anyone have any ideas to help me decide what to go as?

Also, if you've been to one before, what did you go as?

I went as Agent Smith once. Got sunglasses online, and wore my suit with a black tie. Combed hair back. Easy costume and yet very recognizable (although when I took the glasses off, people asked me if I was Hitler).

You should go as the terminator! One of my friends did that (he wore a black trench coat and sunglasses, and just stuck foil on a bit of his face - very very easy to do).

Groucho Marx. All you need is a black suit, one of those funny masks, and cigars. Fake cigars if you're either not inclined or not allowed.

wear a sandwich board that says "put me in you're movie!" sunglasses, and rainbow suspenders

Here's a bunch of ideas that start of pretty easy and get gradually more complex. All are still pretty simple though.
