Besides Valve and CD Projekt.

You can also list specific games if you want. I accept all genres and games ranging from SNES to PC.

I could be wrong but I've alway's felt that Riot games were pretty good for that and had a decent relationship with fans.

Relic are also pretty good but I could just be saying that as a DOW fanboy, they do seem to focus on providing quality games though.

Hi Rez games also seemed to be pretty cool guy's and from the two I played, Global Agenda and Tribes: Ascend, they seem to make pretty decent games.

Not to sure what else although I will advise against thinking well of Bioware since EA took over or Blizzard. Not saying they are pure evil but upon hearing their name the thing my mind jumps to isn't they incredible consumer friendly policies.
