Could you suggest me a good PC RPG?

If you enjoyed Oblivion, and can deal with the downgrade in combat systems, Morrowind will entertain you.

A real gem of a series was designed by Pirahna Bytes and JoWood. Gothic 1 & 2, then you can play 3 for completion of the story. Gothic 1 & 2 feature one of the best combat systems I have played. The story is full and interesting and the world is large and doesn't limit you with Fable Fences or loading screens.

As flawed as they were, KOTOR 1 and 2.
If those Team Gizka jokers ever finish the "repair work" for KOTOR2, I'd definitely replay through it for old time's sake.

OT: You've already played everything I could recommend, pretty much (bar KotOR, and I wouldn't really recommend the second).

I enjoyed Gothic 3 but only when I played it as a pure archer and roleplayed as evil and nasty as the game would allow. The melee gameplay took a serious hit between 2 & 3 but the story was still interesting

the geneforge series is awesome, at least from what ive played, still id recomend bg2 or planescape over it, but im sure these have already been suggested.

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, by far one of the best FPS RPGs ever made, there are so many ways to play it and when you have completed it once or twice play as a Malkavian and get to see some of the funniest dialogue ever written.

Recettear An Item Shop's Tale

An RPG where you play the item shop owner getting Loot, weapons and healing items in stock and trying to fleece the poor adventurers, definatly worth a look at least.

you cannot put into words how awesome it is

oh, and vampire, of course. and baldur's gate (bg 2, if you don't have time for both. also, imho it's better than part 1, and storywise it doesn't really rely on it, so just go buy all the games mentioned above by all the people round here, and have some epic fun ^^ )

Love that game .. however, I refrained from mentioning it due in part to it being very tricky to run on a new PC, fanpatch (I like the 5.04AT patch) being a requirement to even run it without game breaking crashes, and widescreen not natively supported (source engine can be hacked, though).
Of course, to a lesser extent those issues apply to other older games as well (especially a resolution hack for planescape: torment) ... but damn it took a lot of work to get this game going on win7-x64.

I know what you mean, I forget exactly what but you have to edit
a read only file to stop this god awful glitch on Torment (on vista at least) if you don't the characters tend to walk backwards or sidewards, annoying as hell, worth the effort though.

If the game is available on Good Old Games (gog.com) -- Which Planescape: Torment is -- is they work on getting the games working on newer systems. Takes some of the headache out of it.

You have to play:
Baldur's Gate 2 - IMO the best game ever made.
Planescape: Torment - actually, the only true roleplaying experience in video games.

For consideration:
Baldur's Gate - I love it almost as much as BG2, but people are often discouraged because of archaic engine and lack of NPC interaction. Of course you can change it with mods.
Vampire: the Masquerade - Bloodlines - after years of patching it's an amazing game, but turns into terrible H&S at the end.

Stay away from:
basic NWN campaign.
