One of my favorite shows from my childhood re-done? I have some mixed feelings. I think it would only be watchable if it had the main villans appear from time to time.

Other than that, cool. Wouldn't mind to see it sometime.

Now if only we could get Ed, Edd n' Eddy on that remake list...
Ed, Edd, n' Eddy ended with that movie where they look for Eddy's brother. I think it was a great way to end myself since they finally got respect from the rest of the kids.

It was an awesome movie.

I mean, that show WAS my childhood, so The Big Picture Show was a great send-off to the series and to me but I still don't feel satisfied for some reason. I guess the kid in me still wants more cartoon shenanigans.

Didnt really like that cartoon and think there are others more deserving.
I hated most of the episodes, the art and characters say the chicken and the mummy(that scared me as a kid)

Wait....Cartoon Network still plays cartoons? I thought they went the MTV route and only have shows involving Andrew W.K. and explosions....0_o

On a more serious note: This would be awesome! I wish they would bring back Cow and Chicken :(
They do actually, and most of them are god awful. That's why the return of Courage, new or old, would be a very great thing.
Adventure Time, Regular Show, Young Justice, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, ThunderCats, and the upcoming Green Lantern: The Animated Series are very far from awful, although I suppose that isn't quite most of them, it's still more than can be disregarded.

I haven't heard of this, I have to check my sources. I loved Courage, CN's Invader Zim, IMO. My brother will be thrilled if this is true.
Most people are ignorant of cartoon networks programming as all they do is watch internet tv or not at all.
All the shows you listed(minus green lantern) and scooby doo mystery incorporated are awesome.

cant wait for it to come back and hope they can that live action scooby, which i think they did.

They stopped doing that in 2011.

Either that, or you're mad that they didn't show us what was under Double D's hat.

Seriously, that bugged me for so long...but I got over it. It's a nice little mystery.

OT:
This show was fucking awesome! Sure it scared the shit out of me at times, but still awesome!

Well, I thought the Green Lantern pilot was good barring the plastic CG. Writing, characters, story, voice acting, etc. Hopefully, the animation gets better as time goes on like Clone Wars did. Ah, yeah, Mystery Inc., I only saw an episode or two, but yeah it's actually pretty good. I'd probably watch it if they actually showed it once in awhile.

Although I adore the show, I think I'd just prefer the whole thing on DVD... Even if it's back on the network, it'll be sandviched between all the other dross they've been drowning in as of late.

But if I could alter the descision by use of an Elder Scroll or somesuch, I'd instead opt them to make a similar thing to the Ed, Edd n' Eddy Big Picture Show. A feature-length episode that just wraps things up neatly and offer us some closure. Courage is the last character on earth that would respond well to being zombified. Poor, stupid, brave, brave dog...

it seems fake to me, as the teaser did not show any new footage.
I think , if it is real, it was just to hype it up some. Why show brand new stuff and spoil somethings when they can show old stuff and get all the fans who love the show hype up. Though it just my opinion but I normally hate when trailers show stuff of a movie or new tv series. They always show the "amazing stuff" and when you do finally see the how or said movie it's boring cause they show all the good parts in the trailer that you would see for the 30th time due to the trailer.

RETURN THE SLAB!!

OT: Cartoon Network is always stupid now, like the science fiction channel that forgot how to spell, or The Hitler Channel, or ESPN 2. It's always going to be this way, and I'm not turning on the tube just for Courage.

No. Courage had its run, and it had a great ending. The "perfect" episode and the one that revealed how Courage came to be in Eustace and Murial's care... it was a great way to end. Perfectly fit the series I believe. Plus, Eustace's voice actor passed away a while ago I believe.

No, Courage was a great show, but it had its run. I'd say its over and if it was brought back with new episodes... it just wouldn't be the same.

They've also shown re-runs of this show before, not sure why'd they make noise about re-runs unless they're doing what Nickelodeon did with their 90's shows. I hope it's the latter, at least. New episodes sound nice, but be careful what you wish for, you just might get it. And chances are it won't be as good as you think.

Hey, wait! The teaser doesn't show Cartoon Network's brand-new third logo! IT'S USING THE SECOND LOGO! I call shenanigans! Or CN's just really lazy.

As some others have said, not sure if it's good or bad. Though I did love it when they aired it. It was probably one of my favourite shows when I watched the channel.

Now.
Return the slab!

That stopped me sleeping for some time as a child. Time to start the cycle all over again.

You win. That's all I have to say. You win. I'll send your trophy in the mail. You should be seeing it in 6-8 weeks.

Anyway, if they are gonna make new episodes of Courage...I'M THRILLED

Courage was one of my absolute favorite shows on Cartoon Network (only behind Johnny Bravo and early Dexter's Lab) and a chance to see some new stuff with it would be amazing.

If this is true, there may still be hope for Cartoon Network. But I will not forgive that stupidity that was CN Live until they put up the freaking Samurai Jack movie already.

Sorry to dash your hopes but the video is fake. It's been up on YouTube for four months, there's nothing anywhere about Cartoon Network having plans to bring the series back. (because if they were we'd have heard about it long before this trailer) Not to mention the video was not released by Cartoon Network, it's just from some random YouTube user.(add in the fact the user's channel is pretty much nothing but fan made trailers)

Before yesterday when it showed up on Equestria Daily the video had less than 7k views.

It's a really well done fan trailer, but it's still fake.
