Its long, I plan on reading the whole thing but so far I just skimmed it. It seems atleast from what I saw we got some pretty smart people defending Video Games. Though I may have read it wrong, if someone can possibly make a Short summary of it, that would be great.

Already read the whole thing.

Basically California wants companies to be legally accountable for selling "ultraviolent" (by a very vague and subjective argument) video games to minors (anyone under 18) ultraviolent to humans anyway.

Also the act does not apply to anything non-human, for a court example, the act has no applications to Vulcans being maimed and tortured.

and the EMA sees no problem at all and deems the entire thing unconsitutional.

Also Mortal Kombat was spelled Mortal Combat.
