However, I have to give the darkest place in my heart to the Digimon World series.
Wait since when have the Digimon World series been considered bad? I was having fun with a terrible game series?!?! *Chilhood memories destroyed*

Seriously though, I loved Digimon World and Digimon World 2. Digimon World three kind of dropped the ball for me emphasizing ridiculously high levels to Digivolve and limiting the number of Digimon you could have, but I played about three quarters of the way through of that game. x3
When I was about 9, I made the transition from Digimon World 1 to Digimon World 2. I was amazed by DNA Digivolution, "what? I a can combine 2 digimon into one !?! This idea is so revolutionary!"

When I played it again at the age of 14, I realized "what? this is just sex."

They don't merge inside some kind of futuristic tube.

They fuck.

They fuck and then they die!!!

Seconded. What? I don't gotta explain sheeit.

Also, Deadly Premonition. Terrible graphics, controls, and cutscenes, but with a story wrapped in gold and silk that rivals David Lynch's craziest hot car related daydreams, and genuinely interesting characters that you could care about.
Ah yes Deadly Premonition.... Twin Peaks + Silent Hill + Dragon Ball Z equals a craptacular good time!

I liked Geist, but felt the idea of possessing animals/people/machinery had so much more potential, and would love to see a remake of that idea with the technology we have today. That's why I was so disappointed at Mindjack.

Dragonball Z Budokai.

What? It's fun! And DBZB3 was actually considered a decent fighter by many reviewers. I was going to say that but it doesn't appear to be widely considered a bad game.

Also, Sonic Adventure 2. I played that so much on the Gamecube, so I was surprised when no one really liked it.
I played Budokai too. Although solely for the fanservice, and with friends. For the same reason we played a lot a Japanese OnePiece fighter-game that wasn't particularly good, but had the voice-actors and characters.

I loved Sonic Adventure 2, and a lot of people do, it's just many people are so tired with Sonic in general, they dislike everything with him, or assume that it must be bad.

It was the first Sonic-game I played, and I couldn't understand why people said Sonic and 3D didn't work well together...
Also I loved the plot for it's silliness, and liked Shadow a lot (I have soft spot for totally cool characters that just try so hard it turns out more silly).

Battle Engine Aquila, it's really fun to fly around even thought the gameplay is kinda boring and the cut scenes are worse than flash.

Hands down one of the worst game I've ever laid my hands on, but me and my friends had a blast going through it.
