What crazy conspiracies or theories have you made when you were in a situation with nothing to do? No religion or politic bashing in this thread though if you have made an idea that involved religion or politics then feel free to post them.

I've occasionally thought that the old people in my local area go around in the buses as a way of scaring anyone younger than them from going outside and causing trouble. They always seem to crowd up the buses with few spaces left and every time you sit in one of the few remaining seats you always get stared by the old folk as if they're about to instigate mob justice on you.

It's like a biker gang, except it's with old people and buses, and the bus driver's in on it too.

So what are your crackpot theories ?

I have a theory that all the history teachers in my school are immortals that were born in varrious time periods. Coz they know so much about certain things, so we always joke that they liked through them lol

I have this theory (which I still believe to be true) that school is conditioning us to react to things, like the school bell, and that every day they make the school bell ring later, and even though it's the time when we should be dismissed, they don't dismiss us, and we don't leave the classroom because we haven't heard the bell go.

And when they've delayed the ringing of the school bell to the point where it's noticeable, they change all the clocks. I haven't developed my epic conspiracy theory very far though, which could explain why it makes no sense. In my defense, I was trying not to concentrate on my teacher's explanation of how to use the discriminant to find out how many solutions there are to an equation when I came up with this.

My friends and I once made a theory that Jesus was a time traveller. We had nanotech, jetpacks and everything in it too. I honestly don't remember much apart from the fact that in the three days he was dead Jesus was actually travelling through time to make sure all his miracles happened.

Once during a long coach trip to Wales a teammate and I went into great detail about the war between sheep and cows. It started that cows are in fact predatory, which is why they wear bells and that their main prey is sheep. It got to thee point where we had horses acting as a UN peace-keeping force, as they always seemed to be in a field seperating the sheep field and the cow field...
