Basically the title says it.
Choose 3 species and then classify minor roles for them, make an army. Also each group has to have a General/Leader.

Mine was

Sangheili led by the Arbiter specialize in energy weapons and extermination(Glassing)

Yautja(Predators) led by the "Classic" Jungle Predator specialize in stealth warfare and assassination

and

1. Zerg (Starcraft). These would be my basic ground troops, as only the most skilled of generals can counter a Zerg Rush without pre-planning (and I won't give my enemies time to plan ahead... ;D).

2. An elite unit of Diclonii (the mutant race from the anime Elfen Lied). Lucy could be my second in command, and the Diclonii (provided I was able to control them successfully, otherwise they'd run riot) would be my shock troops. Hiding their horns would also allow them to act as my spies too ;).

3. Huragok (Halo). Because every army needs engineers and support staff, else as soon as something goes wrong with the equipment my troops are screwed... :p

(Warcraft 3) Nightelves for the sneaky type to be stealthy on the battlefield as well as magical support.

(L4D) Zombies, mainly for distraction and to overwelm with sheer numbers. Also include some of the special zombies to spice things up.

(Half Life) Gordan Freeman as comander. He wil always leed the charge as we all know any random person is will ing to "follow Freeman". That and he is basicly a one man army who has saved the world twice now. In fact all I need is him and the other two are just for show.

Humans are the main body of the army, cause if there's one thing we know, it's how to kill the other bugger. Led by...Mecha-Lincoln!
Maybe Sangheili troops as well, and Turians, to play the same role., ed by The Arbiter and Garrus.
And we'll have Salarians doing what they do (research and reconaissance) Possible led by whatsisface, you know, "Hold the Line" Chap...

And I've run out of jobs now.

Section 9 (Ghost in a Shell): Special ops troops, with the Major leading and the original Tachicomas.

Monolith Fracton (S.T.A.L.K.E.R.S): Frontline troops. They are brainwashed religious extremeists who fight to the death and don't think about dying, perfect for expendable troops for breaking enemy lines and direct confrontations. I would have the combined mind acting as leader (as it already does in the game just about)

Phyrexians (Magic The Gathering): Shock troops and WTF assult units. With shapes and sizes varying from cute little flys that shred your body to nothing to massive WTF is that oh my good it is unbelieveable. Nothing says shock like, it's a phyrexican.

(Phyrexians in picts for anyone interested)

It takes roughly twenty seconds to see that Helghast are pretty much Communazis In Space, huh? Anyway:

Turians to shoot stuff. Ground forces, mainly. We all know they're brave, disciplined, and generally are the kind of people you would want to have by your side when you're getting shot at. They'd also make good commanding officers, as again - they have experience, and they're not very likely to go "let's kill civilians" or "we have reserves".

Lombaxes, of course. They are useful as the elite warriors, the one-man (erm... Lombax) armies capable of raining untold devastation upon the enemy and generally making things go tits-up. But they are first and foremost engineers, and their super-hyper-mega-ultra-powerful technology is truly the force you should reckon with [small](as inability to reckon with it will probably result in death)[/small].

And finally, with both soldiers and suppliers taken proper care of, who else should i take into ranks of my ludicrously powerful army? Now that i think of it, to complete the balance a race wielding psychic powers would be neccesary. As i don't want to flip through TV Tropes in search of appropriate candidates, nor do i have time to, i am going to be unoriginal and invite Protoss.

And the supreme commander of this unstoppable force would be... would be...

[HEADING=3]Behold, Ursarkar E. Creed![/HEADING]

[HEADING=3]Why someone from the despised Warhammer 40000, you ask? Because he is THE Tactical Genius.[/HEADING]

To elaborate: Creed's TACTICAL GENIUS allows him to "infiltrate" absolutely anything onto the battlefield. Even vehicles. Even huge tanks. Even squadrons of huge tanks. Even the 500-foot tall walking battle cathedrals armed to the teeth. I dread even to imagine just what sort of obliteration could be possibly inflicted on an enemy by an army of Turians, Lombaxes, and Protoss with Creed in command.

And he also has a cigar.
