Create your own achievement / trophy!

*Don't worry, what you're about to read contains no spoilers, as all of what I am saying is shown in the advert.*

Ok, the reason I created this thread is because I was playing through Dragon Age Awakening, and I was doing a side quest in the Blackmarsh. I won't say what I had to do in case I ruin it for someone, but it lead to me fighting a giant electric dragon. I was playing it on Normal, and it was a reasonably hard boss fight.

I defeated it and...nothing. No achievement. I'm not an achievement whore, but I was expecting one of the secret ones to unlock. If I was on the team who thought of them, that achievement would be in there.

So I challenge you, the escapist, to create your own achievement/trophy for a game you love! Try to make it as interesting as possible!

I've got to agree, there should also be achievement for completing all of Oblivion's main quest on the hardest difficulty.

That happened to me once. I was coming back from fighting a bunch of Liches, stopped for a moment to type something, heard "Argh" and I turn around and I'm being teabagged by a Mudcrab.
