Do what the title says. Create a character. Any character. Time period does not matter. Your only limit is your imagination. There are a few rules. 1. Please give a description of your character's race and occupation. This way, people reading this thread might get a better idea who your character is. It might inspire someone too. 2. Please, no crude jokes or characters. I know there might the tempation to make a porn star character but I think members of the Escapist are much too intelligent and cultured, for a lack of a better term, to stoop such levels. 3. Please use spolier tags as needed. I want this thread to be tidy. When quoting, use spolier tags and cut out unnecessary text. The thread will be easier to read. 4. Have fun.

Rus the Tiefling Scholar

There is no agreed upon time for when the race was created, but story of their creation is similar throughout the world. Tieflings are a race that were created by human nobles that desired more. A small group of nobles gathered at a local witch-doctor, a man that was believed to have a connection with the gods. The ceremony was performed and afterwards the small group were reported with feelings of increased strengh, beauty, and intelligence. They truly had the abilities of gods. But the behaviors and actions of the nobles angered the gods. They did not want to share power with people that might challenge their power. So they renouced them. The beauty turned ugly. The skin turned red, a tail grew, canines enlongated, and horns started to sprout. The strengh turned to rage, implanting the seed of hatred of the gods. The intelligence remained the same. The newly founded race began searching for a cure, something to reverse this horrible transformation. But it was to no avail. No cure was found and the Tiefling race remains as it was when the gods first renouced them.

Scholars are the keepers of history and magic. All scholars excel in at least one area or another in both magic and history. They are frequently encountered in public libraries in cities, private libraries of powerful nobles, observatories, or any other place where knowledge is discussed, interpretated, researched, etc. They make excellent aides and dipolmats They tend to avoid combat, but can hold their in a fight.

Rus is employed by a lord that his father served for. He is works as one of the lord's personal aides, which is spilt between magic users and the newest models of robtic bulters, created in the factories, usually run by dwarves, in the poorer district of the Middle Kingdom City. Rus is not dislike technology, but believes that the rate at which is progressing is alarming. Rus believes that by 1850th year of Civilization, magic will cease to exist. The discovery of an artifact that dates to the beginning of Civilization has the hold of his attention most of the time these days, but the chances of seeing first hand is extremely slim. Rus believes that his lord will allow him to leave the manor for some time because of how deep their relation runs, but has a nagging thought that he will have to sneak out.

It's just for fun. I thought I create game (I'll admit, a sad excuse for a game) where the objective was to let you create a character without any restriction. Who knows, maybe someone might post something that might inspire you. I realize that this thread was kinda stupid, but I knew I could not write a RP story for my life and I wanted something more than game, so I attempted to create something in the middle.

she is also the reincarnation of Michael Jackson.
if you get her really pissed off she turns into a giant white dragon with 4 red eyes that breathes sparkles and fire.

Vorgar the Quaroth Destroyer

The Quaroth are an incredible powerful group of humans who specialized in magic, over time they slowly lost many of their human features and became more like the animals and magical beings they co-existed with, a common trait among the Quaroth was their incredible sharp teeth, claw like fingers and incredible eyesight, less common traits exhibited are wings, multiple limbs and and gills. Quaroth's are born with a natural connection to magic and can easily control the magical forces, most find employment as mercenaries traveling from land to land often helping turn the tide of battle.The Quaroth's have no restrictions with magic and often encourage exploration hoping to gain more power.

Though most Quaroth are strictly mages there is a small percentage that concentrate on physical power rather than magical and learn simple spells to help increase their strength. These groups are called Destroyers for the power they wield and destruction they leave in their wake. Not many have survived an attack from a Destroyer but survivors have describe them as incarnations of death, ripping their opponents to death and sometimes devouring their bodies and souls. Destroyers make their existence secret from the general public and their training locations are never given to outsiders. Often warriors from other races and group hunt down Destroyers in an attempt to prove their strength by killing them, few succeed in their quest. Eventually a powerful King deiced that the Destroyer's were to powerful to be kept alive, sending his most powerful assassins and armies he[ slaughtered the Destroyer's as they were eventually overwhelmed by shear numbers. In the aftermath of the battle 10 had escaped by badly injured, they faded into the shadow's and have not been seen in nearly a hundred years.

Vorgar is one of the last Destroyer's raised and trained in secret, he is an unstoppable killing force, his weapon of choice is Ulaks. Vorgar is 6" 5' and incredible muscular he wears the pelts of animals he's killed and simple leather garments, he has a large belt that has a large vial that contains several souls of incredible powerful enemies that he killed but saved instead of devouring their souls. Knowing only a little about magic he is unable to do much magic, but he can create and control fire he is also able to tear the souls out of dying enemies replenishing his health and giving him access to some of their memories and abilities. Turning 18 Vorgar is tasked with finding an aprentice to raise and teach in the way of the Destroyer's. Before he was allowed to leave the sanctuary he under went a horrific ritual, the elder Destroyer's using dangerous Blood Magic summoned a Wrath Demon and imprisoned it inside Vorgar's right arm. This ritual has given Vorgar incredible strength far beyond even some of the Elder Destroyer's. Vorgar seeks not only to find an apprentice but to test his new strength and reap the souls of powerful opponents.

Strength: able to punch a whole world and break it to pieces
Speed: half the speed of true light (Remember in the bible when it is said god is at every place at every time? thats true light)
Durabilty: able to tank a cluster of galaxy busting technique

Dragon has 4 astral souls inside him. he has and organ that produces 1000 Aerons per hour (aerons are things that protect your body and soul from harmful effects or damage. kinda like regen w/ immunity) Dragon has an Whole army and saves the entire universe from being destroyed by Satan. his friends come from Diff. worlds Like Kingdom hearts, FF, TOA, .HACK etc.

Mostly used Skills ( because there is too many for me to write) :

Razor wind: an attack that produces a slash of wind kinda like getsuga tenshou only wind type.

Shining Slash: his first skill, A stronger slash (its upgrade Shining combo)

Inferno sphere: creates A Gigantic sphere of fire with chains, the sphere explodes and the chain wraps the enemy then slams the enemy, then surrounds the enemy to create a fire pillar.

Judgement: Beams of light rain on the enemy.

Chaos Impale: impales the enemy then releases a Dark dragon.

Well of void: creates a giant explosion of void element

Weapons: Dragon has 50 Different kinds of weapons. His most used is sword, spear, scythe, bow, gun, spear sword, dual blades, daggers, knifes, Mallet, hook scythe, katana, claws, foot blades, armlet, staff, Rod, Baton, and chains.

Ultimate Attacks

God strike: a slash that releases an blue xplosion that can destroy entire solar systems.

Cleanser of Darkness: An omnislash like attack. only faster, more attack and stronger.

Mystic light: creates a yellow beam that explodes w/ light energy.
