Creative WoW Headsets Available to Preorder for $160

I only payed $200 for my Astro A40s + MixAmp, which I'm sure has twice as many features and the quality is probably higher as well. Ripoff!

Also, maybe I'm crazy, but if you buy a $160 headset for WoW you're probably retarded. If you buy a decent headset for a shooter or whatever, that's a good investment. But WoW? I've been using a $20 plastic piece of crap microphone for 5 years with no problems for ventrilo.

Or you play a lot of WoW, are a fanboy, and have a lot of discretionary income, as I do. (I plan to probably get some, since I was looking at wireless headsets myself not too long ago, and these isn't ridiculously more expensive.)

It's not as if you can't use them for other games; you're basically paying more for the branding (and the cool design), kind of like buying designer clothes instead of plain jeans and t-shirts from Old Navy.

Too bad it's $160. If had that much to blow, I probably would, but 2010 is shaping up to be a hell of year for games. So, I rather save my money.
