Creepiest bosses in non-horror video games

The Water Wraith from Pikmin 2.

Shitshitshitshit, I HATED that thing. That bastard made a simple 5-level cave the single most stressful experience in an already rather stressful game. Every time I hear falling rocks in that game now, my heart stops.

OT: Granfaloon, from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. A cathedral-sized ball of human corpses. Easy as hell to kill, super-disturbing concept.

Rana Rex from Sands of Destruction.

This guy isn't creepy because of his design or anything like that, he's creepy because before you fight him he talks about how he uses ground up humans as fertilizer for his garden.

Bioshock Infinite's Boys of Silence.
Their entire section of the game is borderline horror but it's just one section so yeah, I thought I could throw them in here.
