Definitely Day-us and not Dooze/Deuce/Dux/Derz-Err, etc.

I have a slightly different problem with saying Deus Ex, which is, everytime I say it, I'm acutely aware that it sounds like Day Of Sex. So when I'm talking to someone who has no knowledge of it, they are giving me strange looks.

Yeah I just call it Human Revolution unless someone asks me for clarification, in which case in try to speak as clearly as possible. I find it best to pause between Deus and Ex to avoid confusion.
