I hate it when webcomics have a serious phase.
Scorpion is giving a thumbs up to "fabulous drugs" and you are calling this a serious phase?

So it appears Scorpion approves of the fabulous drugs.
He's a Mortal Kombat Ninja. Of course he approves of Fabulous drugs. Have you seen the X-Ray hits they take along with the fatalities? I'm surprised everyone in the MK universe isn't entirely dependent on Pain Meds.
No I've not seen the X-Ray hits 'cause I've not played the new Mortal Kombat, although I have heard about them. In any case, isn't Scorpion undead? What would an undead need with fabulous drugs?
The fact that he can feel the fabulous effects of the drugs without having to worry about Overdosing? Being undead has its perks

I wish Scorpion was there to comfort me in my times of need.
I bet he'd say something along the lines of "Get over here! (and let me give you a hug)"
Hey, you! GET OVER HERE and let us discuss our problems in a well-mannered and civilized fashion!

FRIENDSHIP
I think Noob seems a bit TORN on this situation

Who needs Mr T to tell us drugs are bad when we have Scorpion telling us they are good.

Can Mr T summon fire? No! Can Mr T shoot a harpoon from his hands? NO! And no amount of vegetables, milk or school will let me summon fire or shoot harpoons. But with enough morphine I could convince myself I'm the lord Jesus Christ shrunk down piloting a 1:1 scale robot of myself that looks like a Gundam, that has as a Burning Finger attack and can shoot laser from his eyes and flies.

Also I'm lactose intolerant so way to try and make me sick Mr T! Thanks a lot!

As interested as I am to see where this goes, I think you guys are doing this a little too slowly. This one didn't advance the plot at all.

While I agree the strip is maybe plodding along a little bit too slowly this strip did advance the plot. It establishes that A: Erin's problems aren't purely physical and B: Her hallucinations aren't limited to Nintendo characters, which some people were asking about.

I guess. I wasn't really bothered by those details, personally. The reason for her Hallucinations could be "ancient Dolphin Magic", for all I care. It's about what you guys DO with it, I think.

In that regard, I have complete faith in you, don't worry. Best of luck, man.

I was gonna go with Force, but why limit oneself to Space magic. As I said, looking forward to what you come up with....

Especially if it has Dolphins....

I came in for the qotsa reference but now I am disappoint. I only approve of story arcs in episodic webcomics if it's something absolutely awesome and that is not the case here.

The sting of my disapproval must burn like a thousand suns...
