Yes that is Deadpool.
Its not Jak, thats Ratchet from Ratchet and Clank. Jak has bright green hair.
The buff guy below Sly is Mike Haggar of Final Fight fame (more recently seen in MvC3)
Zubat first appeared in Red/Blue.
Agent 47.
Generic Bearded Fantasy Man is Arthur from Ghouls and Goblins. More recently seen in MvC3.
Carnivourous plant thing is a Piranha.
