I've never cosplayed before, but I've dressed as a guy before. Bound my boobs, wore no makeup, fake beard. Pretty impressive how few people recognised me. Apparently I kinda resembled Ed Norton.

A friend of mine once went cosplaying with a female friend who dressed as Vash the Stampede. From what I heard, her bust size forced her to use duct tape as well, which needed to be applied with the help of all her friends. Sounded uncomfortable.
