Halo and Gears of War needs to happen. Gears of War has spent the better part of it's life trying to be Halo so hard that they'd be perfect together. Halo gameplay in a Gears of War setting would just make my dreams come true, especially 'cause you would be able to jump over E-Holes (hopefully E-Holes would be in it, fuck you Gears 3 and Judgment). Then maybe a punch-up between Tartarus and General RAAM (seeing as RAAM's boss fight rips off Tartarus' boss fight). Or maybe a Boomer combating a Hunter.

Maybe this is cheating, but my first thought was something akin to Super Robot Taisen for Americans. Actual licenses or it doesn't count.

Since the devs have made the games so similar, Batman/Spider-Man.

Pokémon vs Zombies.

Screw it, I want a Call of Duty Pokémon game.

Street Fighter X Dynasty Warriors (or Samurai, or Warrior Orochi). Preferably a Warriors style game, but I could live with a fighter.

Phoenix Wright vs Cthulhu.

I would like crossover Assassin creed meet Far Cry.

I actually subscribe to the theory they're set in the same universe. At least the third game is.

That weird compass Jason Brody finds? Piece of Eden.

Jason Brody have precurser genetics also explain his ability to become a badass overnight and to take so much damage. When he uses certain plants to he can activate his Eagle Vision to detect animals and bad guys.

Oh and the Abstergo symbol appears in the Lost Expedition dlc.

I'm pretty happy with Hyrule Warriors, even if that is only a crossover of an IP and genre rather than two IPs coming together as one.

Nintendo Kart and Nintendo Party, I'm surprised these haven't been made by now considering the success of Smash Bros.

Nintendo vs. Capcom, that would be pretty interesting.

Metroid and Dead Space, I would love to go through a Dead Space-like adventure with the power and abilities of Samus.

Halo and Star Wars Battlefront, not so much bringing Halo and Star Wars together. Rather, having a game just like Battlefront, but with Halo.
