To go with crossovers that are happening: Professor Layton and Phoenix Wright. Just epic. Man, I hope that game comes out in America.
Spike Speigal and Vash the Stampede is already done in a bunch of amv's and such, but I think we could go one step farther.

The old guy from 'Up' and any form of Clint Eastwood. Either a cartoon world with Clint, or the the other way around. That... that would be awesome. Or funny. Either way.

Probably already said, but it bears repeating:
Kingdom hearts. My first thought at this commercial was... WTF IS THIS?! FF AND DISNEY?! NOTHING MAKES SENSE ANYMORE! /rage.
Then I played it and... shit, it's like the best real-time jrpg ever and one of the best rpgs ever.
It even has a complex, engaging storyline... THE FRIGGEN disney FF crossover. the hell?

Go Ranma! I've recently gotten into the show and very few people seem to talk about it. It never occured to me that he could really fit well in most other universes, I guess just because his is crazy enough as it is. The fighting is common enough, and almost half dragonball Z ish because of the way he disapears all the time. Though I suppose his sarcastic manner would make for good fanfiction. But heck, I'd take it where I could get it. Tekkon or street fighter? Instant DLC, no questions asked.

Berserk and Warhammer 40,000 are already basically set in the same universe: Excessively grimdark, with a corrupting evil force controlled by four remarkably similar demon gods. Conrad=Nurgle, Slan=Slaanesh (duh), Void=Tzeentch, and...okay, Ubik is basically tiny Tzeentch, so we're lacking a Khorne, but Zodd is already a Bloodthirster. Guts and Griffith are the two missing primarchs.
I've put way too much thought into that. Basically the only thing that would make Berserk more badass is if everyone had bolters.
