OT: its a good trailer, but I'm starting get sick of big macho explosion-fest franchises like Crysis and Gears of War trying to make themselves look 'sentimental', when in reality the game itself is the usual mix up of guns, explosions and grunting men with arms the width of their shoulder-span.

I second that notion. Either don't make trailers like that or use characters that are sympathetic instead of super-turbo-masculine.

A better video and yes I will get crysis 2 its going to rock on my PC while showing the console markers how to program for their own hardware

I did use it by this didn't come up

It looks great graphically mostly, but when they showed the bald guy in the helicopter a weird uncanny valley effect happened and the whole illusion broke down for me. There's something about him that's not quite right.

I'm drooling all over my keyboard just thinking about Crysis 2. I'd prefer to see a real gameplay trailer, but I am duly impressed by everything that I have seen so far. I will definitely buy the PC version (I'm hoping that their claims that it will have lower hardware requirements than the original Crysis are true) and may have to take a few days off work to play it through.
