Not sure why I never hear about this game, but I finished the Single Player mode in it on my PC. It is one of the best First Person Shooters I have ever player. I am not sure why I never hear about this game either... but it is fantastic.

I haven't played it. Wanted to, but never bought it. I played the Crysis, Crysis Warhead, and messed around in Crysis Wars alot, and they were all great fun.
I really liked it even though I felt it was a step down from Crysis 1 in terms of level design and the level of freedom wasn't as open as the previous games. Although, fighting the Aliens is actually fun this time around(i.e they weren't damn bullet sponges) and knockin' out guards with the power slide is hilarious.
The story was pretty shite though and this is saying a lot seeing how the the first crysis had almost a non-existent story. I actually liked how the story in the first game took a back seat to the gameplay, Crysis 2 in contrast are about some annoying idiots yammering in the radio and constantly taking control away from the player with scripted sequences. Oh and the main character must've passed out a dozen times before the credits rolled out.

I guess the impact of crisis 2 is kinda shoveled out of the way because it has to be compared to the original, and dont get me wrong here both are great games, i guess it could also be that well its pretty old now, alot of the buzz from games often comes from initial release time when everyone is super hyped. This alone could acount for why you havent heard much about it. Feel free to quote me on that if you want whilst posting links to things that undoubtly prove me wrong!
Yeah I loved it it's a great game. I loved the gameplay and story and it looks freaking beautiful on my PC.
