Why oh why do people need to make graphical comparisons between Crysis and Killzone 2? Do they not understand that Crysis came out on the PC and Killzone 2 is coming to the PS3? Do they not understand that a PC is upgradable hardware wise and a PS3 is not? Do they not realize that these games were never meant to be compared because of the fact that they are on two completely different platforms and will never coexist on the same platform?

(I know there is probably another thread like this one, but I bet they didn't put their entire post in the form of a question. I should get clever points for that one!)

I really, really don't care about graphics. Sure, I want the game to run smoothly, but I don't mind if it's not fantastic-looking. As long as it's fun!

I care to a certain extent about graphics, but when you sacrifice the gameplay for graphics, the game can go take a swim in an acid pool.

Man, Killzone 2 looks Hella pretty.

but yeah, makes no sense to compare the two.

I do believe that people are saying that Killzone 2 is the Crysis of consoles, ie. the best graphics you will see on the platform.

Hey, whatever floats your boat. I personally found Crysis and WARHEAD to be pretty fun games (I found WARHEAD more enjoyable, what with the great emphasis on action), but I won't say that graphics played no part in my enjoyment (still, nothing beats running around in cloak mode, popping a guy with your silenced weapon, and then sneaking off, no one the wiser...).

The comparison would be valid, I think, if it weren't for the fact that there's about a year in between their release dates.
