UPDATE: Valve just released the first official trailer for the game. It's up on CS:GO's Steam page.

So far that's all the gameplay videos released, I will try to update this as much as I can when new videos and articles are released.

The first thing I noticed were the terrible models; the player models, the hand models, and the one that sticks out the most, the weapon models. Everything was pretty disproportionate, especially the weapon models, and the details of the weapons... and what the hell is up with the bomb and grenades? I'm not sure if they're going for a art style like Team Fortress 2, it seems kind of in-between at the moment, but I'm going to have to say they are, and even so they should at least make the guns and grenades a bit bigger, and put more emphasis on the "cartoony" aspect. On another note, the recoil seems to be significantly reduced, but I'm not going to complain about that because I think the point of this game is to introduce console players to Counter-Strike.
That's just my two cents on what I've seen so far.

So, discuss, speculate, that's what these threads are for. I know none of us have played the game yet, but that's what speculation is.
