Name:JoJo
Race: Demon
Age: ???
Powers: Besides a sharp wit the only power JoJo has is the ability to vanish into thin air.
Height: 3'7"
Weight: 78 lbs
Description a short runted thing, JoJo has a gnarled nose and twisted ears, his skin is rather leathery, and there isn't a hair upon his body. JoJo disdains combat and prefers to woo his enemies rather than slay them. The only thing he loves more than making a deal that favors him.

Background: JoJo has been around for quite some time. One of his first memories is being chased by a T-Rex, and then things got rather boring until humans showed up and displayed an ability to reason. Then things got interesting. He enjoys dealing with shrewd business men and tyrants alike. Otherwise he often deals with small folk, stealing their children or convincing them to hand over their life savings.
JoJo inhabits the body of Harvey Klein, accountant from January 1st to April 15. He does love tax season.

Sweet, my character sheet.

I'm SO reviving this thread because of an epic ctrl+v of mine.

"hey kid! looking for some...candy? i've got some here in my van!"
"hells yeah!"
*kid goes into van*
"WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?"
*massive pile of candy*
"it's candy!"
"I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONNA MOLEST ME!"
"WHAT?!"
"WHAT SORT OF SICK BASTARD GIVES CANDY TO CHILDREN IN THEIR VAN?"

Credit to anyone who knows what it's from ;)

Wow, my last post for the RP "Prey" I'm currently taking part in appeared, I'll be very surprised if anyone else had something longer than this in their clipboard:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For a short time Maya tried to wriggle out of Takeda's grip until she heard his quiet but reasurring voice over the hubbub around her. She wrapped her arms around him and refused to let go as he half led, half-dragged her off the stage and into a quieter room through a small door. The raucous cries of shock and excitement could still be heard from the people on the set the two children had just left:

"Where did she go?"

"It must have been some sort of trick!"

"Did that little girl actually vanish?"

"This camera recorded the whole thing, I'll check the footage right away!"

Listening to their animated voices, Maya's aniexty slowly passed away to be replaced by a lingering sense of shame. Her flowerly hat had been lost somewhere in the fray, and as she brushed her unkempt hair out of her eyes she realised that the headache she had been trying to ignore all day had returned stronger than ever. She looked guiltily down at the floor while fiddling with her fingers.

"I... I'm sorry I ran away from that man... he was probably nice but I didn't know what to say... please don't be angry with me..."

Description

Prestained Protein Marker, Broad Range is a mixture of purified proteins covalently coupled to a blue dye that resolves to 8 bands between 7 and 175 kDa when electrophoresed (1). The protein concentrations are carefully balanced for even intensity. The covalent coupling of the dye to the proteins affects their electrophoretic behavior in SDS-PAGE gels relative to unstained proteins. The apparent molecular weight of the prestained proteins are given in the table below.

Directions for Use

(a) Transfer the desired amount of the Prestained Protein Marker to a separate tube. For visualizing during electrophoresis: use 15 µl for mini-gels and 30 µl for full length gels.

(b) Heat the Marker to 95-100ºC for 3-5 minutes.

(c) After a quick microcentrifuge spin, load directly onto a gel. To ensure uniform mobility, load an equal volume of 1X reducing SDS Loading Buffer into any unused wells. Prestained Protein Marker, Broad Range (Premixed Format) is stable for a minimum of 6 months at -20ºC.
