Curing Lycanthropy a second time - Skyrim

So I've been playing Skyrim a lot again using the 4 skills rule, and joined the companions. After finishing their questline and just having the radiant quests to do I decided to cure myself. So I did helped Farkas and Vilkas then cured myself. But when I started helping Aela with her Totem quests it turns out you can't enter the Underforge with out being a werewolf, so I got Aela to turn me back. I have one witches head left but I can't cure myself again, does anyone know how to do this with out becoming a Vampire in Dawnguard?

Console commands. That's the only thing I can think of.

Yeah, the only really easy way is to ask Serana to infect you, then go do the vampire cure. But, of course that does require Dawnguard.

Honestly, bouncing between Aela and Serana will let you pick and choose when you want to be what. But, I can see where this wouldn't be appealing for roleplaying purposes, and I can certainly imagine someone who doesn't have Dawnguard, as 20 bucks is a bit steep for the content.
