Curse you Section 8!

So yesterday I bought Section 8 off Steam after seeing a review of it on the Escapist. And after 2 hours of waiting for it to download it then started to install something I think it was Nivida or something like that I cant remamber and it installed that and started to install it again and then it crashed and I cant play Section 8. And I just got Steam so I dont know how to uninstall
it so could some one tell me? And is the game worth going through all of this?

I was hyped for it until I played the demo. Then I was no longer interested at all. On paper dropping to your spawn point sounds good. Repeating the process a 100 times is no longer fun. I also felt like everyone could eat a million bullets but me. I have had better MP experiences by far. And with no single player campaign to really speak of well I panned it completely.

Sorry I know nothing about Steam other than it exists. I hope you get refunded if it keeps crashing like that.

The Nvidia thing didn't install properly. The installer of that Nvidia program is inside of your Steam folder

Try this

C:\Steam\steamapps\common\section8 and look in that folder for it. Once you found(the name should be Nvidiaphysix.exe) it run the program. Then try to run the game.

Sounds like a bad download to me but Section 8 has a whole lot of running problems with it. There were so many reports about it not letting most people even play it.
