Curve/Line Correction Software

Hi All,

I've been looking for a decent drawing software that will help in rendering better lines,
for example, if I draw a somewhat crappy and jagged circle, I'd want the software to refine
the edges and bumps to make a better looking circle.

I've also asked around and googled of course, but there are smalltime underground softwares that most people don't know about, so I'm hoping someone here will help me out.

Oh and thanks to @freiheit, she indirectly mentioned what she uses for illustrating (Photoshop, Flash, ToonBoom animate, ToonBoom storyboard pro, ArtRage, Illustrator).

The only one I can think of is Adobe Illustrator.

Not really a drawing software but combine it with Photoshop and you can make some great drawings.

I think that's the main choice to like 85% of illustrators out there.
