So I admit I'm venting a bit here, but I just gave up after four hours of trying to get my windows 7 activated on my new hard drive. First I talked to them and go no answer so I figured maybe I was not being clear, and handed the phone to my mother who has much more patience than me and after another hour all we had gotten was told that we were liars and trying to steal and we would need to just buy a new copy of Win7, and after some argument the customer support rep HUNG UP mid conversation. Needless to say I'm pissed at the fact there is nothing I can do at this point except give the company I hate more of my money, unless I want to lose access the several hundreds of dollars worth of software I have accumulated over the years. So now that I got that off my chest, what are your absolute worst customer support stories?
