We all customise our computers in some way, probably the simplist way is to change the Desktop background, but there are other ways you can personalise your PC, so I decided to make this thread for people to post how they have tweaked their computers to suit them.
I just found out a way to customise viturally every sound your computer makes when it does stuff, here are the temptingly simple instructions for it:
It may differ slightly depending on your OS, but if you go to control panel, and then Sounds, it should be pretty obvious where the sound changing options are listed.
I now have Homer Simpson saying "No time for that now, the Computer's starting" when I turn on my laptop, and Ahnold S. saying "Hasta la Vista, Baby" when it shuts down. Awesome.
So what sounds would you put on your computer, and what other ways have you found to customise your computers?

Set "Exit Windows" and "Start Windows" to whatever .WAV files you have on your hard drive.
