"Oooh, art museum! Can we go?" he looked back at it wistfully. A thought came to him, and he stopped.
"Wait, one of you two can speak french, right? I don't want to play translator the whole trip." He looked around, hardly anyone was around. Odd.
"Something seems off." Kain said ominously, sniffing the air.

"Something seems off."

"One, do you want to push Azkar into the museum? Two, I only speak American, and three..." he tilted his head. "Really?" Richard sounded honestly surprised, and he started looking around. "What?" He couldn't see anything weird, but then again, he had never been to Paris. It was Paris right? Or at least somewhere French. How many people did France have, was this number a lot for them to have, or not? "I don't know what might or might not be wrong, but I'm hungry. Anyone wants to eat dinner or something?" Richard said. "Remember, Azkar, I did say food's on me, and I didn't lie. However, wolf-guy, you need to buy your own food, unless you are completely broke."

Azkar looked around a bit, pulling her sunglasses down "We should find a nice cafe and have something to eat before it gets too late. We should also find somewhere to stay." Azkar reached into her bag and pulled out a purse, unfolding it and looking through it "I'm actually alright for money. They didn't pay me for anything before I changed, so I got a pretty nice windfall when I legally became Human." Azkar said it quietly as people passing by kept occasionally looking at her. Although getting looked at with pity for missing legs was better than terror for looking like a monster, she figured.

"I'm not sure what the time is, is the museum still open?" Azkar asked Kain as she rummaged through her bag to find something to tell the time with.

"I'm not sure what the time is, is the museum still open?"
Kain looked at the sky,
"I'd say it's around... 5 or 6 pm. It closes at 8. I'm not hungry, so provided you don't need me to translate, I'll be there." He turned to go.

"Might as well check it out before it shuts then, I'm sure Richard can survive a little while longer." Azkar wheeled up to Kain "So, what types of history are you interested in then?" She asked as she slide her handbag next to her and stretched her arms. "Also sometimes museums have an eating area, don't they?"

Kain smiled,
"I doubt they have a food court here. To answer the original question, doesn't matter. It's all fascinating to me. Although, I'm interested to see a few things in particular."

Were they really intending to go into a museum? An art museum, from what Richard had managed to gather. Yeah, he was sure he had seen the word Art in the jumbled mess of what seemed to be French. "I'm hungry..." he muttered. Where they going to look at art? That was so... uninteresting. However, seeing that he didn't speak a word French, and barely knew that it was named Paris around there, he sighted. "I don't get it, but whatever, I guess. It the majority that wins, I guess," he frowned. He might have to go in with them, but he was not pleased with it.

Azkar sat in her chair, frowning for a bit. She leaned on one of her arm rests, staring at the museum. She then switched arms. Then leaned on the actual seat with both of her elbows, then tilted her head, then tilted it the other way. "Hmmmmmm..."

Azkar sat back up and politely waved a middle aged man who was walking past in some dirty overalls, the man gave a quizzical look. Azkar looked shyly at the ground, she blushed and asked politely "Excusez-moi monsieur, est le musée déjà fermé pour la nuit?" the man responded with a laugh and smiled at her, then began walking off. Azkar waved to him and the man waved back.

Azkar then turned to Kain "It shut at 6, it's past 6." She then reached into her bag and pulled out her phone, putting in the correct French time. She could have connected it to the internet, but she didn't know how and really didn't care. She then smiled at Richard "I guess it's time to eat then! You can choose, I'm happy enough that the man I just asked tagged on a compliment and he wished me the best with my condition. Just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy doesn't it?"

"Huh? Well, okay..." he looked around, but the buildings all seemed the same to him. "Ehm... I..." Richard said, hesitant. Did he want Azkar to know he didn't have a clue? She was happy now, but how long would that last? Also, what kind of temper did Kain have? Was he the kind of person to get really angry? Normally Richard wouldn't care, but Azkar hurt him when she was angry, and Kain had been spliced in some kind of weird way, if their conversation beforehand was to be believed.

"I don't know which of these are restaurants, everything looks so old and weird." He closed his eyes for a short moment, opened them, and tried to concentrate, but the place was so different from what he was used to. Suddenly he spotted something that looked like a restaurant back home, and that seemed to be of high quality. "How about that place?" he asked, pointing at it. Looking more at it, he became sure it was the right kind of place. It was a restaurant with what he presumed was a French name, with an esteemed look and feel about it. It still seemed off to him, but in that French kind of way.

Azkar couldn't tell where Richard pointed from her low vantage point. But figured Richard would have picked a decent place. "Just remember if you pick too swanky we won't be able to get in due to our clothing... More so my clothing." Azkar shrugged and wheeled around so her back was facing Kain, who nodded and grabbed onto her chair. "Well, let's go then. Lead the way Richard." Azkar leaned back and turned awkwardly, popping open her case and pulling out a grey hooded jacket, which she quickly put on, but left undone. "I recently found the joys of changing temperatures, I'm playing it smart." She then pulled out her phone and started tinkering with it to try and set up a net connection and work out all the D.I.C.E registration stuff. It'd probably come in useful.

Oh, yeah, that was right. There were a dress-code in places like that. However, all things considered, Richard had a feeling they couldn't refuse to let Azkar in. He lead the way, across the road and into the restaurant. While they did get a few looks when they arrived, people turned soon enough, and the waiter that seemed to be in charge of telling people where to sit, waved them over.

"Hello," Richard said, making it perfectly clear he didn't speak any French, so that there wouldn't be any confusion. "Is there any tables? We don't have a reservation, but it would be great if there was some room." The head-waiter - the word Maitre d' popped into his head from visits to fancy restaurants when he was younger- nodded. "Oui monsieur, we have a table over here. Follow me, it might be a bit hard with the... wheelchair, but we'll take care of that." The waiter turned to Azkar, smiling, seemingly not shocked by her attire and lack of legs. "Anything for such a beautiful mademoiselle. So, follow me, follow me," the head-waiter said, and showed them to their table. It was one with a lot of room around, so that the wheel-hair wasn't in the way.

"If there is anything else you need, just call for me," the waiter said, before handing them three menus, and returning to his post by the entrance. "So," Richard said. "You want to eat in the wheelchair, or do you want one of us to place you in a chair?" he asked Azkar. He then opened the menu. "Also, I can't read this, only things I know what are, I either don't want, or are wines."

"Hey you two. We're headed to London. Come on"

Aaron shrugged and headed in their direction. He didn't need to go to his locker because he was so paranoid prepared that he always kept what he needed on him at all times. He took it off his jacket, as it was getting hot, and slung it over his shoulder, following Isabelle & Co. Right before they got into the portal, Aaron put his jacket on again, as he didn't want to pop out into the middle of England with two pistols clearly visible on his person. He adjusted his watch, and stepped through with them.

Azkar took her sunglasses off when they were inside, placing them in her bag. She then blushed at the compliment and soon found herself near the table.
"You want to eat in the wheelchair, or do you want one of us to place you in a chair?"
Azkar looked wheeled the chair to a nearby wall and folded her hangbag up, stuffing it in her case. She then put her arms out "Please." Azkar let Richard place her in a seat. then Richard and Kain both sat down. They each took a menu and began reading.

"Also, I can't read this, only things I know what are, I either don't want, or are wines."
Azkar leaned next to Richard and began listing what was available. Which took a while. Kain was still looking over his menu. "Well, have anything in mind now?" Azkar looked through her own menu. "I think I'll have... Steak frites. Not too exotic." Azkar smiled and looked at Richard and Kain "What about you two? As for alcohol, I have to pass. The smart asses who created my identification and such decided to make out I'm 15. So I guess I'll have water."

Richard over the menu again. Azkar had mentioned beef, right? It was... Entrecôte, yeah, Richard might have heard that word before. "I'd like Entrecôte with baked potatoes. As for wine... I don't mind any of the red ones, I guess I'll take what the waiter can recommend, unless it's too expensive." While he knew the names of different brands of wine, Richard had never really cared enough to get into the whole which is better, and old age and all that. It was simply too much of an effort to make when it came to beverage, in his opinion.
"I have a question for you two; are you intending to go back to HQ today?" Because, if they were, he would give them the pager. With all that had happened, returning wasn't the first item on his list.

The group arrived through the portal into a sandlot behind an apartment complex, it was fairly quiet, very few people about to notice their sudden arrival. Isaac was busy using his locating device and inputting all the relevant information regarding the location of the Kouza origin point. Despite Isabelle saying that he was somewhat incompetent earlier, he definitely showed skill involving information.

"It's said the most frequent sightings are in Westminster. Between Hyde Park and the river." Isaac said, swiping his hand on the screen, then putting the locator device back in his jacket. "It shouldn't be too hard to stumble across one and see where it lives."

"That is a fairly large area we have to cover then for the search, and given the many side streets that existed within London; given the mixture of modern and victorian architecture that encompassess most of the city, we shall have to be thorough. Or we could just be extremely lucky and find the spot by circumstance." Isabelle remarked, recalling some knowledge about the area.

Eligor was left in Adriana's hands as Isaac fiddled about with one of his devices. Not that Eligor was complaining, there was something special about the feminine touch, and plus, it was a rarity for him, most of his wielders in the past were hot-blooded males. Eligor looked around at the London cityscape, he could remember when all of it was just muddy ground. Then came Londinium and the Romans and they built their outpost in the cold reaches of the Roman Empire, only for the natives to build another city around it. Lundenwic, as it was known back then, went to grow like cancer throughout the years, absorbing small villages into itself. But the old walls left by the Romans still remain and mark the boundary between the two. Now, Eligor was only a short boat ride away from that ancient city, and it felt... somewhat nostalgic to be here.

"That is a fairly large area we have to cover then for the search, and given the many side streets that existed within London; given the mixture of modern and victorian architecture that encompassess most of the city, we shall have to be thorough. Or we could just be extremely lucky and find the spot by circumstance." Isabelle remarked.

Her remark brought Eligor's thoughts back to the mission. Isabelle's words were true, it was a large area to search. But you just chop bigs up into small things to it easier, right? Well, that was how mortals handled things. Eligor spoke up, "If you don't mind me saying, we should just narrow down the possible locations of the Kouza further, though it would help if we had some eyes in the sky..."

"It sounds like we're gonna be here a while then" Adriana commented.

"If you don't mind me saying, we should just narrow down the possible locations of the Kouza further, though it would help if we had some eyes in the sky..."

"That might be possible," Isaac added. "We could probably say that whenever a single demon was spotted once in an area and never again, that was where it's intended target was. Every time someone reported multiple kouza in one area, or their were multiple sightings over time, they were seeing them coming from an emergence point. So that would knock it down too...Walton street and Royal Avenue. We could probably split up and search both spots, then just call the others if we find something"

Isaac turned to Aaron, remembering they were never introduced. Or if they were he couldn't remember.

"Sorry. What was your name again?"

"Sorry. What was your name again?"

Aaron, formerly lost in thought, jerked his head around to greet Isaac, surprised. He straightened himself up and replied: "My name is Aaron Pertition, Division 4, nice to meet you." He stuck out his hand in greeting.

Aaron's face took on a visage of curiosity. "Pardon me, but I seem to remember seeing you somewhere before. Your name doesn't happen to be Specter, does it?"

"Yeah. It is. Of course you've seen me before. You saw me earlier today when we were killing demons in your base"

"Huh. Yeah, I guess so. Say, you aren't from around here, are you? You freelance?"

Aaron didn't trust this guy. While that wasn't unique, it was notable because it was also setting off Aaron's ulterior motive alarm bells. He decided to keep his distance before any more judgements were made.
