The car finally came out of the other end of the tunnel to a large forested area. Zarama flew them down past the trees into what looked to be the hanger for his lab. A section of artificial ground rose up and surrounded them, pulling them to the entrance of the Lab.

Zarama stepped out of the car and usher Richard forward. Please. Come in.

A man approached Azkar as she lay bleeding out. She could feel serveral needles pierce her back.

"Hold still. This wont take long"

The man placed his hands on her back, and a light ran through her. The pain in her body was slightly alleviated, and her head closed just an inch.

"You get into some odd trouble don't you?"

The voice seemed familiar, but she couldn't place it just yet.

Kain noticed someone, shining a light on Azkar, so he approached the man, before noticing who it was. The man in white managed to find them, somehow. Kain decided not to think about it, for now he was an ally, not food.
"You get into some odd trouble don't you?"
Kain inched towards him, holding his functioning arm up in the typical surrender position, motioning his head towards his limp arm.

"Please. Come in."

"Okay..." he looked around. It seemed calm and safe, so he continued, but he couldn't help but look behind one more time. He felt as if he was making a bad decision. Like... like what? Richard had to get his head out of whatever state it was, and working with Demon DNA always cheered him up. As if it had been forever, he smiled, and turned towards Zorrama. "So, you want me to go down to the labs?" Richard made a gesture at his clothes. "I think I would need something not this... well, casual. Do you have any work clothing? And I need a shower before I start working, it's important to stay clean." If the grey-haired man was to be believed, he would get a lot better of a deal than at DICE, where he had to work with people...

He worked at DICE? No way, that couldn't be. They hadn't... or had they? Richard had hidden a few items in a box, he had known they were there soon to get him. And then, he had gotten a choice. "So, Richard Johnson, how many years have you done this? You don't want to answer? That's fine. According to our data, that would be five years, five years where you have stolen from DICE. Now, we are here to make you an offer, because killing you would be a waste. You can either come and work with DICE, or we will keep you locked up. Depending on what you chose, you can either be free, or enjoy a life-time of prison and... helping us with research in other ways. We would like to know how you survived for this long."

Blight looked at the wolf holding out his arm. The main question on his mind was 'where the hell did a werewolf come from?' Though he seemed to not be dangerous. So he would ignore it for now.

While he moved away from Azkar, not sure if his treatment was working, he turned to the wolfman and injected him with some green gel, then began the process of healing his arm.

"I don't suppose you can explain what's going on?"

"Ah yes. Downstairs is your living quarters. There's a shower right outside your bedroom, and the clothes are in your closet"

"Ah yes. Downstairs is your living quarters. There's a shower right outside your bedroom, and the clothes are in your closet"

"Okay, downstairs..." he looked around, and found some stairs. Richard walked down the stairs, and found several rooms. After opening a few doors and closets, he noticed a note on the bed, where his name was written. On it, were information about where the different locations where, and how to turn on the hot water. He showered, and found a new set of clothes, jeans with a dark t-shirt and a lab coat. He tried to find out where the labs were from the note, but he took a turn and ended up somewhere he shouldn't be, by the looks of it. The room was dark, filled with different samples and documents. A computer screen lit up the otherwise completely dark room, and Richard turned on a switch to see better.

Not sure if Garath had thought this out, Aaron silently and sneakily shuffled off to the side in an attempt to get out of the doctor's peripheral vision. When he was out of potential sight, he silently flipped Souldrinker in his hand a few times to get a hand for the balance, and then whispered to Eligor "Go for the gun". He then grasped the sword by the guard, pommel facing away from him, and wound himself up as if he were to throw a discus. Snapping into action, Aaron flung the blade across the room, until the Souldrinker slammed into the pistol with a metallic *clang*, disarming the Phalus.

Aaron wasted no time, pouncing outwards not mere moments after Eligor departed his grasp. The mighty leap sent Aaron soaring across the room, until he was right above the freshly disarmed scientist. Pulling out an ivory weapon, he pointed it squarely at the man, making the stakes very clear. He hoisted the man onto his feet (no small feat), and turned the scientist around to face the others, allowing them to ask the questions while he scanned the room for something to bind the plump scientist with.

"I don't suppose you can explain what's going on?"
Kain grimaced from the needle, he hated the things, but began to relax. He shook his head no, and looked at Azkar. She seemed to be unconscious still.

Azkar's eyes fluttered for a moment, then she stopped breathing.

The moment she died the runes that she had put all over her body began to appear and fade. Her body shook violently for a few moments, quickly stopping. Everything would have been fine, but her chest suddenly tore open as a massive set of talons reached out, gripping onto the body and the ground as it seemed to pull it'self out of the body.

Demonic whispers filled the air and the doctor and Kain were instantly brought to their knees as the all consuming hunger of an Archdemon was born into the world. sucking and pulling at their very existence as it pulled it's head and torso from the corpse. The face looked a lot like Azkar's, it spoke words that cut into the mind and soul as it swore to consume everything now that it was free.

Suddenly a giant blade appeared from the same hole, bursting through the Archdemon's abdomen, chest and head. The thing didn't even scream as it blinked out of existence forever. The blade withdrew into Azkar's body, which erupted into blue and gold flames, a towering inferno of cool fire. When it was done a tall knight of indistinguishable sex, wielding a huge greatsword. It's visor shining bright and blue as it gazed around it's surroundings.

"I suppose I should spend my time in this dirty realm wisely." The figure's voice was beautiful and strong, inspiring. It then turned to Kain and the doctor.
"Who are you?"

Danny woke up disappointed; he was still stuck in the sea of gibs. He ignored its wheezing, the drawing of its final breath. He had more important matters to deal with than a dying thing. Although he didn't want to bring it more pain, he had no choice as he was stuck in it. He pulled his arms out with ease but his legs were still firmly stuck. He asked it for forgiveness and began kicking. The screaming was unbearable to the point where Danny stopped many times just to stop it. When all of his limbs were free, Danny had to tear it open to escape. The opening often drew long, sharp bones to stop Danny but it was more of an inconvenience than a genuine threat.

"Shall we go?"
Lets.

Danny didn't want to go back into the cockpit, the pilot's body was still there, and so he simply opened the plane exit and stepped outside. The sun was bright in his eyes but even after his vision returned, Danny had no idea where he was. He did know, however, he was in a river stuck in a sinking plane. The bank wasn't far off so Danny dared to swim. He wasn't going to let someone rescue him; they would ask questions and worst of all, know that he was here regardless of whether or not he knew his real name.

"I hope to God you can swim."
Me too!
"Oh for crying out loud let me do it!"

I scene Richard stumbled onto was chilling. All around him, the sleeping bodies off humans and demons lay around the room in giant glass containers. Each oh them were hooked up to a machine on the outside that read their vitals.

One particular glass container looked as though it was broken open. There subject was labeled below the glass.

Zorrama. Test Body.

"Who are you?"

William was still in awe over what had transpired. He could barely get a single word out of his mouth. Finally, he looked up at the being and spoke.

"I am William Blight. Do you not remember me from before?"

"Who are you?"
Kain wished he could speak, but he decided to kneel.
'God? I'm sorry, didn't realize you took personal offense to what happened earlier.' Kain raised his head to get a better look.
'Definately an angel.'

Azkar stood there silently staring at William Blight and the lycanthrope, who wasn't succumbing to bloodlust, so she judged that he was allowed to live. For now.

"It is a shame that what resulted of my fall didn't have a proper chance to exist and find happiness, but that is irrelevant now. A colossal evil has been destroyed entirely, I do not intend to succumb to idleness." Azkar swept her sword across the ashes that remained, they seemed to spread and disperse into nothing.

Azkar then faced William again, the light from her visor boring into his soul "The only entities I remember tend to be entities that deserve punishment. Should I remember you, human?"

Richard felt as if Zorrama would appear behind him any minute, so he turned to see. No one there. A clone, or a test subject? Human, or... well, as interesting -interesting as in not really that interesting, just weird- this was, it brought too many questions to mind, the most important one being; "Does this really change anything?" Richard had never been a religious person, and the difference between natural and man-made stopped at the point where the first was what they already knew, while the other one was a mix of both. "Still, this is something that he should have mentioned." But then again, how did you say you something like this? "Hey, I'm a test subject?"

Richard weighted the options against each other, and took a final look at the papers around, made it look like he had never been there, before heading to the labs. Even with a secret like this, Zorrama still was a lot more trustworthy than DICE.

"Good job there, I'll be sure to note it in the report. Protocol would normally state that we take this one back to base, but we should also check in on the second team as well, see if anything else has turned up on their end. Since I'm currently have my hands full, could either you Adriana or Sophia call them please?"

"I have it handled," Adriana said.

She reached into her pocket and pulled out grey glove with green symbols on it. Stepping over to Vayle, she pulled her head down and whispered lightly into her ear.

"Isaac. Isaac, are you there?"
-----

"We found the hacker we were looking for. Turns out it's just a kid"

---

"Okay. Cool" She stepped away from Vayle in case someone else needed to talk and turned to Isabelle. They've captured a scientist. Probably working for the same guy as the kid. Oh. And they saved the girl from Russia"

Thank's to Aaron's actions, the scientist was safely subdued. Isaac was about to begin the questioning when he heard something go off in his head.

"Isaac. Come in"

"What?" He said holding his left ear. "Oh. hold on" Isaac looked over at the real Garath in the back. "Why don't you two see what this guy knows. I'd do it, but I'm sure you dicks would have an objection about it"

Isaac went over to the corner of the room and spook back to Adriana.

"What is it?"

"We found the hacker we were looking for. Turns out it's just a kid"

"Alright. We're good on our end. We have the scientist working for the important guy. And we found the girl"

"The only entities I remember tend to be entities that deserve punishment. Should I remember you, human?"

"No. No...you shouldn't"

William backed away as fast as possible, lest he taste the angel's blade.

"Do you...know what it is you're doing on earth by chance?"

Zorrama stood in the emptiness of the colossal lab. He seemed so transfixed at the giant steel machine at the center that he barely noticed Richard come in. He had a grave expression plastered on his face.

12 lab tables were to his right, and all matter of demon's laid around the room behind preservers, ready to be taken out whenever ready.

Richard looked at Zorrama, and since it wasn't the biggest deal to him whether the man was man-made or not, he managed to seem as if nothing was wrong. He noticed that Zorrama was really serious, and since he had been smiling not long ago, Richard approached carefully. There was a big machine in the middle of the room which seemed to be something really important, but Richard didn't care. There were a lot of samples around, he felt like a kid in a toy-store. It was amazing, he wondered how many of them were from different demons. Had it been DICE, this would never have been possible.

However, he acted as serious as he could, which basically was that he smiled mischievously, rather than run around and take a look at everything. "So," he said, not getting closer than two meters to Zorrama. "What do you want me to do? And where should I begin? Do you have the DNA sequencing done, or are we looking at weeks of waiting just there?"

It was odd being in a public place, well a more public place, where normal people resided everyday. He felt safe here despite never being here before; it was still comfortable knowing that your average joe had gone the same path as you and made it out alive and sane. Danny avoided eye-contact with on lookers, not that it would really matter because Dan Trayne was dead.

"And yet here you are, running back into civilization having just survived a plane crash."
Infucking deed my friend.
"Well what's your plan?"
I dunno actually, try and start my life again?
"Aww, but I was looking forward to going to D.I.C.E!"
Well free to leave me then, if I'm just a walking talking vessel for your fun.
"Don't be so down, chin up. You're a remarkable guy, show me what you got. I have a feeling you're going to bump into D.I.C.E. again anyway."
Fat chance.

Soon enough Danny was on the streets and out of the water. The world seemed to spin around him as he looked in awe; the city-lights flashed as cars moved past him and the aura of people talking, socializing and having fun was overwhelming. It was brilliant, and Danny felt a kind of nostalgia he had never felt before; a nostalgia for a place he had never been before. It still looked familiar however, but Danny couldn't quite put his finger on where he had seen it before.

"Nice to be back in a city isn't it?"
Yes, but which city? Looks familiar.
"Might want to ask a local."
I smell like a dead guy, no thanks.

Having thought that, Danny looked over at the road sign-post opposite the street. It read Chelsea Embankment which could only mean he was in England. It also meant that he had just gotten out of the River Thames. People were crowding around him and before they could trap him, Danny took off.

"Let's go! I know a lovely place, in Royal Avenue mind you."

He didn't dare ask anyone for directions and simply let his legs do the work.

"Do you...know what it is you're doing on earth by chance?"

"That is none of your concern. I assume my chance at humanity died doing something important. Enlighten me." Azkar stepped toward William Blight, the light from her visor agonizing him with it's harsh gaze "Or should I take your idleness and stuttering as a sign that I should look a little deeper?" Azkar stood still in front of William, waiting for a response.

She didn't feel like waiting long.

"Well, I heard cannon fire inside the city. Being we're over 200 kilometers inland, I knew something was up. When I got here. you and the wolf were chasing that flying car"

William looked around for second before returning his gaze to Azkar.

"I'd have to guess, your companion was captured"

Vayle was a little confused when Adriana went up and started talking into her ear. But then he began to hear another voice inside her head, it was that of Isaac. She then realised that the green light coming from his hand earlier must have been a communitcation type spell. However, this still caused Vayle to question Adriana.

"Couldn't you or Isaac just used a mobile to call each other; or at least asked me first if you could use me as a communicator?" She asked, sounding annoyed by it all.

"I'm sure there is a reason why Isaac did it, I hope." Isabelle remarked, looking seriously at Adriana for a good explanation. It was then that Adrianna gave a report to her regarding the other team's status.

"They've captured a scientist. Probably working for the same guy as the kid. Oh. And they saved the girl from Russia."

"That's excellent, apart from that little fight we had just now with Bruce and Edward, this has been a rather successful mission. We should probably get this child back to base, and try and find out exactly whats going on here; I sense a scheme in the works."

"I'd have to guess, your companion was captured"
"As good an objective as any."
Azkar leaned towards William Blight, the light streaming from her visor illuminating his face as she edged within a few centimeters.

"For your sake, Human, I hope your next sentence is more useful to me. I have wasted an eternity. Not an unnecessary moment longer." Her voice was callous, her intentions were clear. Until she found a decent task, this would have to do.

'I won't be stopped a second time' Azkar swore internally.
