DA2 Black Empourium

So i got dragon age 2 off steam. im pretty sure i preordered it but i cant seem to be able to access or unlock the black empourium. any one know how? i entered the 2 codes i got from steam. they unlocked things like shields and weapons.

anyone know where i can buy it for pc? i seem to need bioware points to buy it.

I think you have to download it off their horrible, horrible social-whatever website.
