When I was 8-9 I got very involved in my computer games. I would rejoice in my success and feel great pain at defeat. To alleviate the stress of any failures I began biting the controller. I wish I was joking, but when I lost a fight on MK3 (snes) I'd lurch forward and chew on the shoulder of the pad for a second until my rage had subsided. My Mum actually threw out a one of them after I'd bitten a hole in it and she was (rightly) worried about electrocution.

I was wondering if anyone else did/does exhibit such behaviour?

I used to grip my controller fiercely if I kept losing. Case in point, trying to beat CoD 4s "Mile High Club" on Veteran.
I never finished that, and sold it before I ever had the chance.

I'm surprised that my 360 controller still works. I have:

Thrown it across the room.
Done my best to snap it in half with my bare hands.
Bitten it in frustration.

I don't care what people think of 360 hardware overall, that controller is damn tough.

What he beat me at tic-tac-toe by stealing my turn, he deserved it.

A 360 controller is a perfectly acceptable killing weapon.

think the worst I've ever done is the all so casual " pffft!" hiss, and casually flip it over my shoulder, though I think I've spent my entire life learning ungodly amounts of self control and redirecting... I actually really wonder what I would be capable of doing had I not been conditioned like that...

...I almost feel like Im missing out on fun >.<

The closest I come is that I forgot my Gamecube controller on the floor and my dog chewed on it, im not much for damaging things (unless its ingame)

Back in my younger days I sometimes slammed the controller on the floor if a game really pissed me off. None of them ever broke though, they make those things pretty sturdy fortunately.
