Actually, martial arts are a great stress reliever, and one that comes with a built in support group as you meet new people and your instructors help you out. They're also a good way to fight depression with personal accomplishments. They do not, however, lead to bullying and violence against others as 'venting' behaviors, whoever gave you that notion seems a little... For me, it's a combination of Politics, Religion, Gun Control, and 'Gamesareevillawl'. Also, people who order five shot, non-fat half-caff upside down caramel machiatos, no foam, whipped cream, and could you drizzle some chocolate on top?
