ive probably spent a couple thousand hours playing Tibia. im sure thats my top-played game, as ive played it on and off since i started at the beginning of 2005. also, its an MMO, so you have to invest a lot of time grinding.

I'm around 500 hours in TF2 ( And I started last summer!), and i think that is the most time I've ever spent on a game. ( I'm starting to get tired of it though.)

Most rpgs on average give me an average of between 60 to 100.

wow. i only have about 100 hours, and i've had tf2 for a while now.

OT: my longest is pokemon emerald. i have 423 hours in that. it's taken about 6 years, but i'v leveled my entire party to 100, caught every pokemon that can be caught without trading (including legendaries), evolved all of them, and gotten at least silver on all of the battle frontier symbols.

NOW i can move on to Gen 4.

So today, I have finally reached 1000 hours played in Team Fortress 2. Thats the second longest time ive spent on one game. First being World Of Warcraft with about 3000+ hours. Just out of curiousity and discussion value; Whats the longest time you spent on one game? And do you think because of that amount of time certain people will "look down" on you and make fun of you for that? Happened to me before, and still is, because of the amount of hours I spent on Wow.

Honestly, I look down on you for this. I spent around 1000 hours on WoW over about three years but yeah I still think this is... bad.

You know you could have probably learnt a whole language with those 4000 hours or an instrument or wrote a book or socialised or gone to the gym or literally anything else that actually had some kind of significance in the real world.

Actually I stopped playing WoW right after Cataclysm came out, funny enough I have started going to the gym awhile back also. As for an instrument, writing a book or socialising, cant say Ive done any of those things much, but hey atleast I'm not playing wow anymore. Still playing team fortress 2 and not planning to stop, especially since I got into competetive. Besides, nothing wrong with doing things you love, even if you spend ridiculous amount of time on them. Hobby and all I suppose.

17891 hours in Runescape. Yep. I played that game obsessively from when I was 11-16, and haven't touched it since. Damn. That's a lot of time.

I can beat that on the MUD I used to run:

Would be higher and with an older date, but that's when we lost all the player files when switching servers. Of course, probably 80% of that was spent idle and not actually at the computer, and 80% of the rest was just goofing off and chatting with people, and it's spread out over more than a decade, but it's a pretty decently big number. Heh.

465 hours on Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. I don't really count MMO's in these hour record thingies, since anyone could sink massive amounts of hours into a MMO. What about a normal game? It's very different, and sometimes more difficult to put in so many hours XD

Oh god, that'll be MapleStory. I have no idea what my total hours are, but I played it all through middle school and about half of high school. I'd say I've got at least a couple thousand there.

The Sims is probably in second place there. And I'm talking about the original The Sims and expansion packs. Adding in The Sims 2 will boost it past MapleStory, but we're still talking thousands of hours with The Sims 1 and expansions alone.

Man, and I felt pathetic for spending >120 hours on every Final Fantasy game I've ever played. (150 on FFVII but I got EVERYTHING, including Knights of the Round.)


Right now, I'm at about 125 hours spent on Skyrim, 120 hours on TF2, and probably 150 hours each on the Cooking Mama and Phoenix Wright series.

Counting all the pokemon games together + time spent on team creation + time spent on Pokemon Online. It'll tick in between 1000-1500 hours.

In Warcraft 3 i played thousands of Lanpartys and Dota only had ~1500 games tracked on my Banning-program. That time + the other half which wasn't tracked + every other map i've played over the course of the release to the release of LoL is probably somewhere around 4000-5000 hours.

And of course LoL. both Beta + both Seasons is around 2000 games at least. That multiplied by an avarage game time of ~25-30min. Again 1000 hours.

Inbetween we have Cs, BF, WoW and Diablo which got the also alot of love in the last 10 years
Seems like i had way to much time on my hand there.
