So ya, I've fallen to the Bethesda bug syndrome. Skyrim won't run for more than a couple minutes before crashing to desktop or the screen goes black. Updated drivers and everything, but I guess I'll have to wait a few patches before I can romp around Skyrim. Anyone else having bugginess troubles?

Also, update DirectX to 11.

Download the latest drivers for your graphics card and try again. Also, does the game lag a lot when you're playing, even if you've set the graphics settings to low? If so, your PC might not be up to it. I'm assuming you have the latest patch but if you don't then be sure to download it.
