You're pretty lucky not to have installed it for kicks there, you know? It gives you a lot of bugs and is very hard to uninstall, according to the complaints in that link at the top there.
Yeah, I can imagine. I have uninstall managers, so I could've uninstalled it fully without any hassle, and I have a pretty strong security here, so it probably couldn't have done anything even remotely dangerous at all... but why chance it? I have a perfectly working, hand-tuned rig. It's not slow, there are no errors, nothing. I don't even need that piece of crap.

The important thing, that many people don't (want to) realize: there is such thing as magic. Not even in computers. Problems won't go away by pressing a single button. And there is no such a thing as "all-in-one PC improving program". There never was and never will be.

This is disturbing to say the least. I'm not sure how advertising works, but wouldn't it make sense for them to have to show the advertising board the product and demonstrate it BEFORE the ad make it to television?
What would an advertising board know about malware, spyware and viruses, though?
True. Strengthens ones faith in the people who control the majority of our media, doesn't it?

I agree 100%. But what I was trying to say, though... is that this program INSTALLS spyware and hidden programs whilst claiming it actually helps you, so even with high-tech anti-virus, anti-spyware and anti-malware software, it could have probably still gotten on your system, if you allowed it to install.
