Dark Cloud?

I never played the first game, Dark Cloud 2 was pretty cool though. I never got very far in it though, but one of these days I'm going to go back and play through it.

But I'm actually surprised that so many people (such a high percentage) have played the game.

In the Case of Dark Cloud 1, I think it's because it was about it as far as Action/RPG type launch titles on the PS2... I mean eventually the PS2 became THE system for JRPG fans etc... but at launch, they had all the sports series ported over, Crazy Taxi, Metal Gear Solid, Dark Cloud and your old PS1 library.

Not that I didn't like it, but I am glad that I was able to afford my third of the PS2 when I bought it with my brothers without having to trade/sell any of my PS1 games.

I love the original, never got to play the second one although I sincerely wish I could.

Same here I have fond memories of playing the original game as a child, amazing astonishing the amount of content in that game!
