Dark Knight Rises Possible Plot Leaked?

This is the first I've heard of it, so I apologise if it's old news. But on the off chance that even one person doesn't know this yet, it's totally worth repeating it again.

What's everyones opinion on this? Personally I think it sounds like a good direction, I'm a sucker for plots involving taking down worldwide conspiracies.

Meh, I cba to read it. Batman never really grabbed much interest...Heath Ledger made The Dark Knight.
So, to the new one, I say a big meh.
