Dark Side of Oz

My communications teacher is showing this for the second year in a row, I wanted to know, do any people believe that Pink Floyd purposely tried to make Dark Side of the Moon match with Oz? Or do some of you believe it is coincidence? I for one believe its a coincidence, what would the Floyd have to gain from it?

I think they did it on purpose. It syncs up so well I find it very hard to believe that it's a coincidence. And sure, they had nothing to gain, but when did that ever stop them before?

The only thing Pink Floyd did on purpose was make a great album. The kids of the 70s were high out of their minds and, like all people who are extremely high, found connections where they don't really exist. Sure thing match up every once in a while, but that proves noting. You can connect anything if you really try, or look hard enough, trust me, I went to school for and teach English. It really isn't enough to sell me.

When you watch them together, you ruin a fantastic film and album. Experience them both individually and you will have more fun.

Probably just a coincidence. But a pretty damn cool one at that.
