I keep getting that "Failed to load data" message, the one where you're supposed to have the compatibility update. I tried re installing it but it still won't load. All my other guys work, so I'm not sure what's up. Any ideas? It's on Xbox 360.

"Failed to load data"... Can't say I've ever heard of such a thing without any other addition of text explaining it. Perhaps the data on your character got corrupted?
It happened to my brother, as he did not quit the game properly through the menu, so the game pretty much destroyed the data on the character. Have you ever ragequitted or forcefully quit the game through Desktop? He did the latter, and now he keeps the save file to remind him to properly quit the game, rather than quit to desktop.
