I never said i didnt care, indeed that was why i posted.

Just because i say a negative comment about a mans words (not his actions or how he does his job) Does not mean im out to Tarnish his reputation ectera ectera

and since when was their a taboo on saying a comment relative to the news post? i found his words unprofessional, this does not mean i hate the man, i find him immature, nor does it mean i dont respect the man, i was what it was, an unprofessional comment, i did not state this as bad in my original post i said what it was unprofessional and that was that, followed by my comment of him having the right to vent, then i have people coming out the wood work claiming he doesnt have to be professional when right below my words i put "He has the right to vent"
i was neither condemning nor condoning it, merely noting
on his personal website, how can you possibly attack him for being unprofessional? if it was the company website, then i would agree. but this is his personal space. so because the fcc would happily censor swearing, would it mean you couldn't use swear words in your own house? david jaffe invites you inside to talk with him, yet when he speaks you get offended by his choice of words. do you say that he is acting immature and unprofessional - inside his own home?

if you had at least a bit of respect, you would shrug it off. no matter how i look at it, there isn't any validity in what you say.

i think we've emptied the debate of this thread, so i'll leave this as my last post on topic. and by the way, you were both condemning and condoning; but not noting/observing.

Look who you're talking about? I don't recall news stories where Jaffe acts professional.

What caught my attention is that I didnt realize that developers actually USE controllers to develop their games...

All of a sudden that old commercial for that School of Game design that used to show on tv with the two gay guys using their controller to add "sound effects from level 2" to their giant cyborg CGI robot seems slightly less ridiculous.

Oh boy. Good thing he was working for Sony instead of Nintendo or he would have been in serious trouble.

I just felt a sting of pure fear when I read that... I don't know why, I know it's unreasonable and hell it's prolly nothing but damn...

Still glad to see developers acting all too human ^^;

Good thing they're making the dev kit cheaper so it's not such a burden, though I can understand it still being hard for the developers.

Let's hope Jaffe is over this, or lo and behold the complain train will still pull into port.
