DC Online Dilemma

Greetings my fellow Escapists, I come to you guys with a question once again since I am incredibly indecisive. As you all know DC Universe Online will be coming out in the next few weeks, and I am incredibly excited about this. However, I am facing a problem. I cannot decide what console to buy the game for, the PS3, or the PC. My PC is capable of running the game at its highest settings, so thats not a problem, but the feel of playing an MMO with a controller sounds awesome. Please everyone, which version of the game should I buy?

If it's any help deciding, you can play with a controller on the PC version.
It uses the square, triangle, etc. symbols though .. so it might be a little confusing for people who don't actually (automatically) know where all those buttons are supposed to be.

I suggest waiting up to see how people feel about the control scheme, if you've played DA:O on both you'll likely know that the control restriction can kinda **** over the entire game. Personally I agree with you that it would be great, I also can't really afford buying it for the PS3 since the wireless connection is pretty trippy for me.

Person above me has a really good point, you can use the PS3 controller for the game, but it might be best to go along with their controls as they'll likely have taken convenience and so on into account.

How does the game play in terms of control? I heard from a guy I know that the control scheme is pretty bad.

I would wait for it to come out and listen to some reviews, it could be that one system has the controls fleshed out and the other got a shoddy port that makes the game unbearable (something companies are very keen on doing these days).

Also how are the communications worked out on PS3?
MMO's usually have several layers of chatting, this can't really work over microphones when you got cities full of people, and typing messages on consoles... a pain in the f*ing ass.
