Deactivate Preowned Ps Vita

I bought a pre owned vita but the owner didn't deactivate the account. How do I fix this?

I tried google it wasn't helpful, therefore I'm asking the escapist. I know people love to put down any question asked with google but it doesn't have the answer to everything.

Found this on an IGN video after about one minute of searching.

1) Sync your trophies with PSN
2) Remove the first PSN profile's associated memory card
3) Restart the system
4) Restore "Factory Settings"
5) "Deactivate" the system
6) Enter the new PSN account info you wish to switch to
7) Insert the memory card associated to the new PSN Account
8) Re-activate your Vita on the PSN

Well I googled it and got this:

Basically, format your memory card or restore the system. I don't have a VITA so you're on your own for how to do this but I imagine it's just in the menu options.

No one likes searching for answers but I imagine that searching Google for the few minutes is much quicker than waiting two hours for us and our snarky attitudes to come in and help. Plus now you have to look through our passive-aggressive attitudes and backhanded compliments
