So I started playing Dead Island, I'm still waiting for my friend to get his copy from gamefly so we can play it together. So I've been doing side missions and plain just trying to level up my character. I set the tag for online because I don't know if single player carrys over to the multiplayer blah blah blah.
So every once in a while someone joins my game, I'm fine with this. Usually I'm doing my own thing and the 3 others will run off and do what they want... I enjoy this because it makes the world seem that much more organic and real. Like I'll park my car somewhere and come back later only to find one of the other players has stolen it- pretty much exactly what would happen in a Zombie Apocalypse.
But whos the moron that designed the game so if someone fast-travels it teleports everyone to that area? Or even worse- making missions that every player needs to be next to each other to accomplish? I wouldn't complain if I could simply kick out the other people playing with me so I can finish the quest, but from what I've seen I can't do that.
