I have found a few gliches while playing this demo(thats not a demo) Here is a few of them:


1- The cart that you use to transport the bike in dos not break. This might not be a glitch, the devolpers might have made it invincible to insure that you get it to your safe house.
You can use this glitch to get 1000 kills in 10 mins by running over zombies.

2-If you hit the cart on a steep curb ( like the one between the gas pumps in front of the gas station) it will send the cart flying.


3-To the right of the exit of your safe-house is the road that you came from. If you go down that road, there will be a cut seen and it will teleport you back to the begining of thr road.
You can no longer get as far down the road before it teleports you back. If you are pushing your cart and activate the cut seen, you will be teleported back and the cart will be out of reach.

4-If the icon that says you downloaded somthing pops up, it will take you to the main menu

I don't know if it is a glitch, but you can pick up and carry the cart instead of pushing it. Makes a decent weapon.

Nope not a glitch. It's put there in case you get it stuck.

That makes sense. It still doesn't explain how ridiculous it is. I have expected the bike to go flying out 50% of the time.

I noticed one thing (possible spoilers ahoy):

You'll all know the guy on the roof of one of the buildings, the one with the rifle taking shots at the zombies, he tells you the location of various people around the town.

I was at the point where he tells you where the two guys are fighting the zombies round the back of the theatre. So I went therer and was helping them beat the zombies but had to head off to give Katey her Zombrex. So, of course, I got in a fight with the friendly mechanice guy and of course, I died.

Next time, I just headed straight back to the safehouse, beat the mad mechanice guy, whatever his name was, then went back to get the details from the guy with the rifle. For some reason, I couldn't get him to talk, so wasn't able to carry one with the mission. Don't know if that would have really counted as a glitch, but anyway, it was a little random non-occurence that resulted in me failing the whole episode. Delightful.

I feel like the zombies in this game are much more idk... dumber or something. And plus you move extremely slow in that game as if the game can't handle everything that's on screen. I hope they fix this in the second game by tomorrow. However, the survivor are extremly smart in this game so that freaking rocks!

are you really trying to call dead rising out on being rediculouse lol

so zombies are ok but carrying trollys full of bike parts are not :p

There not really dumber, theres just fucking loads of them, so if they were all "there the player, GET HIM!" you would be fuckerd. Especially near the end (it seems the longer the game goes on the more of them there are) so you go outside and can't see anything but zombies.

It seems theres like hidden dice rolls when you come withing proximity of a zombie, one is if they spot you and another is if they grab you/attempt to grab you. I wear the ninja suit, so I am hardly ever even noticed (I can run through a massive horde and not be noticed), if they do lunge for me my suit makes it less likely they will get me.

The survivors are morons, they really are, one army guy has had his legs shot up so he walks really slowly, usually you can carry them or let them rest on you to speed it up but this guy won't ... it takes about 10 minutes to save him. They fight for themselves, which is good but you can;t go into the next area without them or they start to die, so you can run off to the next door and while you wait for them you can execute zombies.

I haven't noticed any glitches on dead rising 2 but I can't make the wheel chair with machine guns ... which I want to try out.

Don't worry dude, I've been spending all weekend making a leaf blower that kills zombies by shooting diamonds at them in DR2. Nothing is too ridiculous for Dead Rising XD
