Dead Space 2 Beta Code

Hello fellow Escapists. I have just been invited to the Dead Space 2 closed multiplayer beta. At first, I was pretty pumped about it.

Then I saw it was for the PS3.

I don't have one of those.

FML.

Anyway, my misfortune is your lucky day, as I'm giving the damn thing away. Post up the best reason as to why you should have it, and I'll send the code to you in a PM by tomorrow evening.

I'd prefer whoever this is to be an actual Dead Space fan, who has played the original, as to remain close to the developer's initial intentions in sending me the invitation.

That's weird, you would think they would give you the option to be able to play either 360 or PS3.

Exclusive betas are becoming more and more common, I'm afraid, the same thing was done with Battlefield Bad Company 2.

Well, in the spirit of things: I did play the original Dead Space, I actually have my psn account linked in my profile so you can check that out if you want to verify that. I also went back later and played my buddy's copy on the 360 just so I could get the achievements again.

Just so this doesn't go on too long, I'll just end this with: having the dead space 2 beta'd definitely help kill time while I can't be near my girlfriend, since I'm going more than a little stir crazy in this house.

Couldn't care less about the multiplayer. Dead Space had a tense and well paced single-player, which was dripping in atmosphere; so long as Dead Space 2 keeps those core elements, and the longer than average single-player campaign, I'll be happy.

dude... i have all the trophies for the first game... i've beaten it about ten times... i was one of the unlucky ones and didnt recieve a code and am extremely pissed... deadspace is literally my favorite game... all i can say is please...
