Great review imo. I got a pretty good picture of the game. I liked Dead Space 1 a lot and this looks great. I think I'm gonna buy this now.

It is worth getting. I personally bought it last summer from sale(cost me ten euros. A real bargain). The plot isn't that good but otherwise it is a great game.

Good review, I found Dead Space 1 to be a bit too boring for my tastes, can I just consider Dead Space 2 as a better version?

Good review. Focusing on the good bits mostly, which isn't necessarily bad. My own take is much more critical as nitpicking is much more fun that praising. I did leave in some good bits, because I feel the developers probably need to know what they did right as well as what they did wrong to improve.
