So, for those of you keeping your eye on the 2011 gaming horizon, you may or may not have heard of
Dead State. An indie zombie apocalypse survival game. I know what some of you must be thinking:
"Oh god, another zombie title? Haven't we had enough of those is the past 5 years"
But be prepared to be braineaten by the new product under the knifes of Doublebear, a joint dev team from the companies of Obsidian and Troika.
But enough of that technical mumobjumbo.
Instead of your typical zombie rush survival hackfest, this game is focused on more RPG elements, and the fact that you must keep yourself fed, and of course, alive turns a whole new set of cards for the zombie fans. Also, you find allies, and enemies out there in the wasteland that is Texas.
Think of, what would happen if Fallout, The Sims and... well some Zombies had a baby and you get yourself Dead State
So strap in folks, it's about to get fleshy.
