Deadlight (it has zombies)

Maybe I'm way late with this but I just saw a trailer for a new game coming to xbla called Deadlight. It's apparently a 2d sidescrolling platformer set in the zombie apocalypse (I am aware that 2/3 of the escapist will immediately nod off here) and it looks really good. The most impressive thing is that while watching the gameplay, it reminds me immensely of N: the way of the ninja, just set in a (well-drawn) decaying, post apocalyptic world. Check it out if you aren't sick of zombies.

EDIT: The more I watch, the less it reminds me of N and the more it reminds me of the original prince of persia (2d). Fortunately, it looks like it has more precise controls but there is definitely a strong resemblance.

It really does look a bit like the old Prince of Persia .... although with less irritating spike trap pits.

It doesn't actually look too bad.

Well the game sure looks solid however they have nothing of interest in it, throw a stone in a random direction and you will hit 3 better games.
Sorry but in this day and age just making a working game isn't enough.

If you want more people to look at this topic you should take out the "it has zombies" in the title of the thread and just say like "(if you like Prince of Persia)" since that's hardly going to be appealing at this point in time.
