Death Coliseum RP (Closed)

The year is 2102. A new sport has emerged among the entertainment industry. This sport is called Death Coliseum. A new software has emerged that allows players of Death Coliseum to be immersed in a simulation. This software is called BloodTec. Players fight for honor, glory, and fabulous prizes as they pit themselves against people all around the world. The only stipulation being that if you die in the simulation...you die in real life. Simulations will range from deathmatches to capture the flag, and other military scenario based simulations. Each year a tournament is held to decide the best team that represents Death Coliseum. That team will reign supreme until next years Championship.

Everyone participating in this RP will play as a member of a newly formed squad striving to win this years championship match. Before we get started let's cover the ground rules.

Gender: Male
Appearance: Lightly Muscled, tan hair, 5' 11", tattoos up and down his arms.
Specialization: Weapon Technician.
Bio: Benjamin is new to the sport of DC, he came looking for fame, and he may just have bitten off more than he can chew. Working to pay for his parents retirement, family is what keeps Ben going.
Weapon: Standard issue DC assault rifle.

This is cool. Heres my character. Sorry but I took a lot of my inspiration from Bleach.

Name:Carter Ryans

Age:24

Gender:Male

Appearance:Has blue spiky hair. Never takes off his sunglasses so nobody knows what color eyes he as. 6'0 and muscular. Pale skin. Wears sunglasses and a red shirt with yellow kanji on it. On top he wears a black jacket and black pants. Also wears black loafers.

Specialization:Sword expert.

Weapon: Carries around a sword on his shoulder. Also carries around a katana on his waist.

Bio:Carter was born in the slums and grew up along his younger siblings, Tai and Karri. He helped take care of his younger siblings, they were all abondoned(sp) by their parents. Carter entered the sport of DC when he was 18 hoping to make money to help him and his brother and sister. By the time he was 20 he had made a huge name for himself, defeating some of the worlds best athletes and making a vast amount of money. Now he is 24 and continues on making a name for himself. He sends all the money he earns to his brother and sister, that is what keeps him going, his brother is now 21 and his sister 19.

Appearance: 5' 10''. 230 pounds of muscle. Brown hair, Blue Eyes. Sleeveless dark green duster, Black Pants, Black Sleeveless Shirt
Specialization: CQC, nothing can beat him up close.
Weapon: Auto Shotgun handed down from his father. (USAS-12)
Bio: Seth was always the funnyman among his friends and family, always cracking a joke or making a sacastic remak in even the most serious of situations. But he is very protective of his friends and family, and tends to be incredibly destructive if any harm comes to them. This being said, the only reason Seth participates in the DC is to keep his little brother alive. His family always had problems with money, but when his father failed to pay back a loan to a major crime syndicate, The System, his parents were killed, and his brother was taken hostage. The System forced him to participate in the DC, and any money he makes is siphoned directly to the System until his father's debt is paid off, if Seth dies, so does his brother. The deal was made when he was 22, he's 26 now, and the debt still hasn't been paid off.

Name: Wesley Rayne
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Appearance: Short, dark brown hair, slightly pale skin, 6'0", multiple cut and burn scars on fingers and hands. Wears brown cargo pants, dark green t-shirt underneath a thin brown jacket. Also, wears a BMX helmet and green tinted goggles with rudimentary HUD built in.
Specialization: Mainly vehicles and electronics
Weapon: Titanium katana, it has an electric coil in handle that can heat the sword to a level where it can cut through sheet metal. However, it takes several minutes to heat up, and is less sturdy in this state. He carries an assemblage of batteries to power it.
Bio: Wesley is a former child prodigy who entered college at the age of 14. He focused on studying electronics, and got fairly skilled at it; he actually built his sword for marks, but it wasn't accepted. For money, he was forced to work as a mechanic. He ended up driving more than working, picking up experience with multiple vehicle types. Now, fresh out of college, he declined to take a normal job in favor of DC.

(For your consideration, the first person req. might get confusing for the beginning. So maybe for the first week or so could we put at the top of the post who the character is.)

appearance: shoulder length hair. naturally brown but dyed with caligraphy ink to make it black. she has a Cheryl Cole-like look (face). wears LEE jeans, a white tank top and aviator sunglasses. she likes to listen to music while kicking arse.
specilisation: close-combat and healing
weapon: two short swords made of some futuristic metal and a medi pack with bandages and the sort of stuff.
bio: went to uni to study medicine but found that it was pretty boring being a doctor. she then tried being a model on the catwalk but the pampering wasn't for her. she is a bit of a thrill seeker. she learnt lots of different martial arts as preparation for DC.

Name: Stanislav Alexandrov (Nicknamed "Russian Bear")
Age: 43
Gender: Male
Appearance: Bald, with large, scruffy beard. Scar on left eye which is blinded. 6' 2", Slightly above average muscular build. Old Russian uniform, tattered from years of use.
Specialization: Trained with Russian Spetsnaz.
Weapon: Standard Issue DC Semi-Auto Rifle. 6" combat knife with serrated blade.
Bio: Born in 2059. Joined the Russian army in 2076, and despite his young age he was quickly promoted to special forces. After 6 years with Spetsnaz, Stanislav left the army to become a soldier of fortune. The work he'd done and the horrors he'd seen had left him an emotionally broken, alcoholic, and suicidal man, that is, until he heard of Death Coliseum. He knew that his whole life had been training him for glory in the Coliseum.

Gender: Male
Appearance: Blond hair, blue eyes, 5'11", 200 pounds of defined muscles.
Specialization: CQC and stealth tactics
Bio: Raised in the slums of Eastern Germany, Leon was left for dead as a child and raised to the young age of 15 by a foster family that took him in. Until a raging fire broke out and burnt down his house killing his new family. Leon had to steal everything that he needed and became quite good at it and managed to save for somthing that had always facinated him two crescent shaped knives, why it fascinated he didn't know but it probably had somthing to do with his way of life and all the stealth that was needed to survive. It was then he decided to try his hand at Death Coliseum, he knew this was his ticket to fame.
Weapon: Two crescent shaped Ulak blades.

Gender: Male
Appearance: Lean, but toned muscles. Has a series of tattoos on his upper arms and forearm. Red hair styled into a fohawk. Wears a dark green bandana around his neck for undisclosed reasons.
Specialization: Infiltration/Sabotage side of Stealth
Bio: David is a Parkour/Grafitti fanatic who used these skills as a street courier for who ever hired him. The Bandana around his neck was a gift from his girlfriend, who got sent to jail for a crime she didn't commit. He enters the competition for a chance to pay for her bail...
Weapon: Highly flammable spray paint (think napalm gel) and a ligher.

Name: Dr. and Sr. Ing. Theodorus Radcliff
Age: 46
Gender: Male
Appearance: Stands about 5?11? feet tall, and weighs approximately 160 lbs. He?s quite slim, but has worked up some muscles from hard honest work, and has tan skin and short brown hair. Also has a large handlebar moustache and is usually dressed in a grey suit with a matching fedora style hat.
Specialization: Medicine and Mechanics.
Weapon: Webley Autorevolver, .455 caliber, 6 shots and semi-automatic. And also has a sabre for close quarters.
Bio: Raised and born in a normal British middle-class family, he was the only child of a mechanic and a nurse. From early on he proved himself a smart lad, and as he grew older he started studying medicine after being inspired by his mother. However, he was also very fond of mechanics, and kept it on as a hobby, being thought by his father.
As the years passed he graduated from university with a degree in medicine, and later on became an honorary engineer and professor of mechanics at the local university.
He joined the military some time later, and stayed on for a couple of years, until being honourably discharged.
Recently he heard talk about the DC tournament, and of all the upstart youths throwing themselves headfirst into it. He joined because he feels that he cannot be beat to the point by the youngsters, and to show them that the older generation still has some kick left.
